Their Brisbane-team, already a leader in highway design is looking to appoint a suitably qualified Structures Leader to focus primarily on Bridges/Infrastructure.

With an established network of contacts in the sector and a reputation for excellent solution delivery, the successful applicant will be looking to take on a role where they can build a new team, take real ownership of the division and focus on providing the very best service possible. As a truly “employee owned” company, this is one firm where you are assured that the entire team is working together to achieve outstanding outcomes, not just maximizing the number of billable hours – this is why their clients return, time and time again. So if you have a minimum of 15 years experience, an understanding of local Main Roads policy and procedures and the desire to build a team of like-minded, delivery focused Bridge specialists, this could be the growth opportunity you have been looking for.

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • At least 15yrs design experience with Bridge projects in the infrastructure sector
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong appreciation of QLD Main Roads policy
  • An established network of contacts in the sector
