Head Mining Logistics - Location Balasore

Managing the material, workforce, equipments and processes involved in the movement and storage of material (chromite & over burden) within the Mine Site and from the mine site to the plant. In doing this, we expect the Mining Logistics Head to introduce best practices and processes to ensure efficient functioning.
Activities to be managed:
Mechanized Excavation
Transportation
Loosening
Dump Management
Compliance of statutory norms
Maintenance of lighting systems and facilities to ensure sufficient illumination
Security of workforce, material and equipments
Dust suppression
Survey management of volume and quality of overburden and ore
Exploration and ore body modeling
Employee welfare activities
Maintaining adequate slope, height and width of the bench, haul roads, foot paths..etc
Water drainage
Dispatch of Ore to the plant
Loading on to vehicles
Gate out Activity
All Documentation and Reporting with respect to above processes and activities

Equipments under management:
Dumpers / Tippers
Excavators
Pay Loaders
JCB/ Back Hoe Loaders
Drilling Machine
Dozers
Grader
Water Tankers
Receiving of Raw Material Inward process
Unloading & Storage of Raw Material in respective yards
Labour under management:
Over 150 High-Skilled, Skilled and Semi-Skilled Staff
