Requirements: 
  • Pendidikan SMU dengan pengalaman sebagai operator senior alat berat dengan total minimal 5 tahun di perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan.
  • Pendidikan Diploma dengan kualifikasi telah lulus sebagai Foreman Graduate Development Program di perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan atau memiliki pengalaman sebagai Mine Foreman min 2 tahun.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan minimal 1 tipe excavator dan 1 tipe haul truck.
  • Memahami konsep praktis pertambangan seperti "OB Productivity" , "Coal Productivity" , "Pit Service", dll.
  • Memahami konsep Praktek Pertambangan yang Baik (Good Mining Practice).
  • Berorientasi terhadap hasil.
  • Lebih diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi POP.
  • Memiliki kepemimpinan yang kuat, mampu mendominasi dan mengarahkan operator alat berat.
