Maintenance Advisor

PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara is one of big mining company which focus its business in integrated mining and construction services to the resources sector through-out Indonesia.

We are seeking qualified and experienced human capital to join our teams as follow:

Maintenance Advisor
Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:

  • Propose advice to develop & implement maintenance strategy including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance that comply to our SOP.
  • Monitor and analyze Equipment Performance including Physical Availability, Mechanical Availablity, Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time To Repair and comparison percentage of Schedule vs Unschedule maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze Premature Down Equipment including Redo Job/Redo Work and Accident/Unschedule Damage.
  • Propose advice for work order priorities of repairing brake down unit matched to mine operational needs.
  • To make sure that KPI is achieved by proposing solution to all problems above (including High Equipment Avaibility, Best Performance, Low Equipment Cost and Zero Accident).


Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) with 5 years experience as Technical Engineer in Dealer (Distributor OEM) company of heavy equipments
  • Have a good competency in maintenance of heavy equipments
  • Have a good analytical ability, detail oriented, systematic type
  • Have preference to work as advisor
  • Willingness to work at jobsite (Kalimantan)
  • Roster : 56 days and 14 days off
