Operations Manager - Mining Equipment

New opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Manager to mentor and lead a dedicated branch network through WA to achieve targets and actively work towards aligning and achieving overall business goals in line with corporate strategy. 


Key responsibilities: 
Team Management
Manage branch and service operations 
Stakeholder management 
Staff mentoring and training 
Full P&L responsibility 
Client relationship management 


Experience / Requirements: 
Operations management 
Remote team management 
Strong background in the mining sector especially within WA 
Experience in heavy machinery industry 
Demonstrated leadership ability 
Strong business and commercial acumen 
History of client facing experience 
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 


This is a permanent Perth based position with occasional site visits.
