About the role:
Highly experienced Water Management professional from the Mining & Resources industry required to lead mine site water management projects. Incorporating business development and project delivery, this new role requires a recognised leader with a mining background to develop their capability and provide expert technical advice to the mining industry.
Skills and Experience:
Relevant tertiary education such as an Engineering or Environmental Degree
Technical competency in water management for mine sites, including; Strong commitment to mine safety and strong working knowledge of environmental standards and legislation for Queensland mining
Significant leadership experience and management of large scale mining projects
Proven professional services experience within the mining sector would be highly regarded
You will liaise with safety and operations personnel, contractors, communities, local stakeholders and government departments.
