The Role/Project
Reporting to the Project Management Director, this position will be responsible for project management of a large Dredging and Major Bulk Earthworks project based in Brisbane. This role is based on site and is expected to last 5 years, providing you with excellent work / life balance and career stability.
Main duties / responsibilities
Conduct Field Inspections
Supervision / Co-ordination of Sub-Subcontractors
Review cost variations and liaise with client / contractor
Chair site meetings
Progress Claims
Skills / Experience required
A modest character that thrives on working closely with a well structured site and management team, with career stability and successful project delivery being a key factor for your next role.
Civil Engineering Degree or Project Management Degree (or similar)
Significant Australian project management experience in Dredging and Major Earthwork projects
Demonstrate Construction project experience for projects from inception through to completion
MS Project or Primavera Software Experience (MS Office also)
Experience with Field Inspections
Previous history of working successfully with Client and contractors
