Senior Sales Engineer | Gaskets & Mechanical Seals

You will be rewarded with an attractive base of $85,000 + super as well as a number of perks such as company vehicle + laptop + phone + an uncapped commission structure. Apart from a strong salary package, your new role also offers you the opportunity to move towards Sales management. It is an opportunity to use your technical background and previous sales experience to move into a mentoring position once you have established a strong reputation for yourself within the organisation.
 
What you will be doing:  
In your new role you will be targeting a wide variety of industries, which include the likes of Mining, Manufacturing, Water authorities and Oil refineries as well as many more. You will be responsible for searching for new opportunities as well as managing your company's current accounts. You will be selling a range of Mechanical Seals and Gaskets into markets in which you are recognised as one of the leading suppliers. With your technical background you will be solving your customers' problems and not just selling a product based on price.

With your mix of sales skills and technical knowledge, you will work with a team that is extremely passionate about their organisation and the products they supply to the market place. • Technical background
• Previous Field Sales Experience
• Full Clean Drivers Licence
• Excellent Communication Skills
 
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
• Trade or Engineering background
• Experience working with Seals
• Previous B2B Sales Experience
