Description and Desired Qualifications
- Our Construction Manager will help our clients provide a safe and reliable source of energy in support of millions of people worldwide. Each day you will contribute to the success of our client's projects by providing oversight of subcontractors and ensuring compliance with site safety. You should be a construction professional experienced in mining construction, and have at least 15 years of construction experience.
Our Construction Manager:
- Provides high quality, leading edge construction solutions
- Develops and implements management, planning, and cost control systems
- Develops and coordinates a constructibility review program during engineering and construction
- Provides technical support during construction
- Ensures compliance with all site safety practices
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills and a good understanding of work related documents
- Manage 8-10 direct reports
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years’ experience
- Mining construction experience
- Thorough knowledge of MSHA guidelines and standards
- Experience overseeing subcontractors and executing contracts
