Mine Production Engineer - Drill and Blast

We are pleased to announce that we are working with a dynamic, rapidly expanding & secure company who is seeking a Drill & Blast Engineer to join their team. This organisation boasts multiple projects and encourages people within their company to grow and expand their skills and more importantly provides the opportunities to do so. 

Some of your specific duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: 
Development of Drill & Blast designs 
Ensure a safe working environment at all times 
Developing & initiating continuous improvement projects 

The successful applicant will: 
Possess appropriate tertiary qualifications in engineering 
Have strong knowledge of drill & blast within open pit mining environment 
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal & external customers 
Have strong analytical abilities 


The right candidate will receive a fantastic remuneration package on a FIFO 8-6 roster. Professionals that have a passion to continuously improve and develop methods that provide desired results will thrive in this position.
