Operations Manager

Based in Brisbane and reporting to the General Manager, this position will have the responsibility for managing the day to day operational activities which includes the drilling and future well servicing operations.  This role requires coordination of logistics and supplies, purchasing as required, assistance in short and long term planning for the development of EDA, analysis and reporting on the efficiency of operations, assistance with contractual negotiations, compliance and identification of opportunities for increased revenue and reduced costs.


You will have –

• 10 years hands on industry experience with preference give to those with previous operations management experience in the shallow Oil and Gas / CSG industry sector
• The ability to effectively manage people and plan work rosters
• Work cohesively with subordinate staff to achieve objectives
• A Diploma in drilling, or able to demonstrate you are on the pathway to obtaining a Diploma
