Client Services Manager

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Services representative's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Identify, qualify and develop opportunities pertaining to core, dual-tube reverse exploration and flooded reverse well installation.
• Interact regularly with client and potential clients via phone and in-person meetings.
• Maintain company/contact information and document all sales calls, customer visits and business opportunities.
• Responsible for the account ownership and designated revenue responsibility in assigned accounts.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Contract Administration and Operations teams to fulfill proposal submissions in a timely manner.
• Represent company at tradeshows, association meetings, town halls and other events as needed.
• Must be willing to travel a majority of time.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3-5 years sales experience in mining, drilling or like industry.
• The ability to be persuasive, firm, well-mannered and a good negotiator.
• Able to work independently and efficiently while also able to handle highly stressful and fast paced work environment.
• Technical knowledge and market knowledge as well as in-depth understanding of the competitors and their capabilities.
• Strong people management, leadership, written & oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and driven to be successful.
• Proficient on all Microsoft Office programs.
