Contract Senior Exploration Geologist
An ASX listed gold producer within WA is seeking an experienced geologist to assist the exploration team in developing a large gold deposit.
Duties will include
Managing and mentoring a small team of Geologists
Identifying and acquiring new exploration ground
Geologically interpreting drilling results to define new targets
Weekly and monthly reports
Executing exploration programs by providing technical geological advice and analysis of all Geological data
Geological mapping, logging and sampling
Drilling contractor management
There will be a mixture of office and site based activities, utilising Micromine and MapInfo programs within the office environment, hence previous experience using these systems is essential, ideally coupled with experience of overseeing drilling programs and field based teams.
This role will be a FIFO from Perth 9/5 offering competitive rates and long term contract employment or permanent employment if suited.
