The successful applicant will be rewarded with a generous base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 + super + car allowance + bonus. In the first instance you will be given the scope to develop the state in the way you see fit. You will then be expected to continue producing new business results as well as maintaining and increasing existing customer spending.
What you will be doing:
As the Sales Engineer, you will be given the state of New South Wales to introduce your range of automation into the market. As this is a Technical sales position you will provide technical support to your clients, providing them with the same high level of customer service and technical expertise that this organisation is known for. There will also be monthly reports that you will have to produce and these will document what you have been doing and also where you expect to spend your time in the future.
Who you will be doing it for:
This international organisation has various divisions that deal with differing product ranges but sell into similar markets. They are very well respected by both clients and competitors due to their extensive product range and their commitment to ongoing product development. In a day to day sense you will be reporting to the National Sales Manager who has a fantastic reputation and an incredible amount of knowledge that he looks to pass on to his sales team.
What you must have to apply for this role:

• A strong understanding of complex technical products
• A strong attention to detail
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
• Performed a sales engineers role previously
• A desire to meet and exceed set levels of customer service
• Degree or trade qualification
