Senior Mechanical Electrical Advisor

Are you an experienced Mechanical Electrical professional looking for a new challenge working for a large scale construction contractor on a long term $multi-million project? This role is offering generous package on a permanent contract working on a project with two years left of construction. 

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual looking to further their career experience to fill the following position as a Senior Mechanical Electrical Advisor Based in Bussleton. This role will be involved in a hands on consulting role on any mechanical or electrical maters across this large scale healthcare center construction. Reporting directly to the construction manager the role will also have a focus on the procurement of equipment and goods needed for the project. 

Duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Preparation of conceptual designs of networks
• Produce detailed design and construction supervision of integrated electrical systems
• Preparation of spatial requirements and compile costing estimations for electrical systems
• Manage and liaise with various subcontractors required for specific work package
• Integrate services communications systems
• Knowledge of expert consultants and subcontractors

As an ideal candidate you will have:

• Experience in large scale construction projects, preferably healthcare projects
• 10+ years experience in construction industry
• Coming from a Mechanical & Electrical background
• Exposure to Procurement will be held in high regard
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
