Mine Site Manager

A leading multinational mining company in the Philippines is urgently in need of a:          


Mine Site Manager
National Capital Reg


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the mine production & operation including managing senior mining personnel ensuring the operation targets are met.
  • Continuously review, improve and monitor safety and environmental aspects of the operation.
  • Financial review and monitoring of operational budgets includes costing and scheduling supplies.
  • Ensure statutory compliance is met and maintained in accordance with the Mining Act and Regulations
  • Monitoring activities underground; overseeing staff activities, either in one site section or throughout an entire mine.
  • Provide effective leadership to the site management team
  • Management of contractual issues to ensure minimal operation disruptions providing consultancy and advice on mining and mineral extraction projects
  • Assist the Chairman with development of overall business strategy


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
  • Should have a MINING background
  • Must be able to speak Chinese
  • No gender preference
  • Willing to travel and relocate in any mining site.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work independently, hardworking, self-motivated and possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY!
