Storekeeper

Selinsing Gold Mine Manager Sdn. Bhd is a subsidiary of Polar Potential Sdn. Bhd., which is owned by Monument Mining Limited, a Vancouver-based, publicly listed mineral exploration and prospective gold mining company. Located in Kuala Lipis, we are operating 1,000,000 tonnes per annum throughput mill for gold production. We are currently have an opening for the following position:
 

Storekeeper
Pahang - Kuala Lipis


Responsibilities:

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager the position will be responsible for :
  • Manage the store daily duties in an out transactions.
  • Receive and verify incoming material vs Delivery Order (D/O) and Purchase Order (P/O).
  • Monitor and maintain stock inventory level and ensure accuracy of the stock.
  • Manage store activities, control & maintain accurate record of stock movement into stock cards.
  • Ensure good housekeeping at all times.
  • Ensure right goods are taken out, securely packed, accurately addressed and promptly dispatched to plant user or customers.
  • Ensure goods returned are not damaged and promptly returned to shelves.
  • To ensure all goods are stored in properly designated arears with the support of store hands.
  • To maintain proper labelling systems for inventory and to ensure easy rettieval of stocks.
  • Ensure security, cleanliness, health and safety in the store.
  • Ensure hand tools/equipment for maintenance of plant nd machinery is properly maintained and inventoried.
  • To handle stock movement and control.
  • To handle other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
 

Requirements:
  • At least SPM/MCE qualification with 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Knowledge of computerized Inventory Control System, Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • A good team player and able to interact well with other staff.
  • Ability to maintain good housekeeping.
  • Possess valid driving license B2, D and GDL.
  • Ability to operate forklift and other materials handling equipment
