Client
Our client is a globally diversified technology, media and financial services company operating in more than 100 countries worldwide. Their rapidly expanding electric motors business is a leading provider of advanced technology and complex solutions to the mining industry. Due to unprecedented growth, they require a Sales Manager for their Motors section to join their Brisbane team.

The role
You will bring growth to the large Motors product range into the WA marked and develop new business. The main focus would be on Mining applications for Crushers, Draglines, O&G applications, Ball and Sag Mills Motors. You will develop strong factory relationships, support the motor business, integrate information, resources and activities.

Requirements

• Preferably 4 years plus experience in a similar industrial related sales role
• Have a Electrical Engineer or Electrical Technical qualification
• Good knowledge of large and synchronous motors
• Need of strong project background
• Good knowledge of sales in the mining or related industry
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Skills in analytical software and sales tools
• Good client liaison and team skills
• Solid reporting capabilities and high attention to detail
