About the Role -
You are a Territory Manager; your prime focus is to service your existing clients, service leads and create new opportunities in the mining sector.
Your clients will always be in need of your mechanical solution regardless of boom times or recession. This is a product, however the applications vary, so it is rarely an off the shelf product that solves the problem; 80% of the time, this is a tailored solution that requires you to gather information from the client then design a solution for that client.
The Successful Candidate -
This is a technical position; a huge advantage would be previous experience in sales in the mining industry selling a complex or technical product or solution; another strong candidate would be a mechanical background or a background as a mechanical or technical Engineer, an outside chance may be a candidate currently in sales with a background as a Fitter and turner in the mining Industry, you must have a technical mind.
What's On Offer -
Base salary package of 80k negotiable for a standout candidate that possesses much of the above requirements, plus a company vehicle, super, and uncapped commission structure that kicks in at the first dollar sold.
