Senior Mining Engineer, Gold, Excellent Base Salary

The Company:
This relatively small gold mining company are currently investing millions in to new developments and they are looking for a Senior Mining Engineer to work at their flagship operation.

The Role:
Reporting to the Mining Manager you will be responsible for the Mining Engineering Team. It will be your responsibility to ensure that production and financial targets are achieved in a safe environment. You will be accountable for developing and monitoring short and long term mining plans whilst implementing new projects to boost performance. As a key senior leader working between the technical services and production teams you will supervise and coordinate drill and blast, ventilation, geotechnical, exploration, processing and metallurgy.

The Requirements:
To be successful in this role you must be qualified in Mining Engineering and be experienced in gold production, planning and projects. You will be skilled in datamine and surpac and demonstrate a strict commitment to safety.
