Maintenance Fitter

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter for our established concrete reinforcing client based in Sydney’s West.
 
They have manufacturing facilities in NSW, QLD and Victoria and have the scale to service the demands of both small and large scale accounts.
 
They are committed to equity, diversity and fairness in the workplace.
 
An opportunity has arisen for a passionate, creative and level-headed Maintenance Fitter to join a close knit team based in Sydney’s West.
 
To succeed in this role you will be a qualified Maintenance Fitter with a sound knowledge of welding.
 
Furthermore, the successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated individual who can remain calm under pressure and have a strong safety, team and customer focus.
 
Training is available for career progression to Operations Manager or Senior Maintenance Fitter.
 
Requirements:
  • Qualified Maintenance Fitter
  • Welding Skills
  • Breakdown experience and fault finding
  • Maintenance experience on a variety of fixed equipment and machinery
  • Strong focus on quality, cost and safety with proven experience in implementing improvements in a changing environment.
  • Fork lift licence is desirable
