Parts Interpreter/Sales - Earthmoving Equipment - Dandenong

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia ( http://www.hitachi-c-m.com/au/ ) is currently looking for a dedicated Internal Parts Interpreter/Sales for our Melbourne branch based in Dandenong.

Reporting the Parts Management team, your main responsibility will be to provide customer service and support to both external and internal customers. Along with this, you will be involved in interpreting the customer's enquiries and identifying and supplying of the appropriate part.

While understanding of the earthmoving equipment would be a distinct advantage, to be successful you will need:
  • Previous experience in a Parts environment
  • A developed mechanical understanding
  • High level of computer system literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
