Reporting to the  Engineering Manager this role see's you overseeing your design team with responsibilities such as; Diagnosis of pumps, valves ,rotating assets and other OEM Components, high understanding of CFD and flow analysis also managing projects from concept  to production, installation, testing and commissioning of products and fault finding of existing products and designs.
 
To be successful you will have:

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree
• Ability to deliver high level technical advice and solutions from start to finish
• Demonstrated ability to lead a medium size team of  drafters/designers
• Ability to design, quote pumps and valves/mechanical system designs
• Demonstrate a high level of technical aptitude
• Demonstrated practical experience within manufacturing
• Extensive experience with solidworks and the ability to use MS Office packages
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate to all levels of management and clients
• Flexibility to travel
• Heavy fabrication / CNC operating background is highly desirable
• Fault finding and problem solving experience
