I am looking for an Exploration Geologist for my client based in QLD.
The client is a listed junior exploration company, involved in exploring Cu/Au deposits; however they have identified significant base metals deposits which will also form part of their feasibility study. They have a small but experienced team and are looking for a candidate to assist with the workload of the senior geologist.
Responsibilities:
> Field based exploration activities
> Diamond & RC core/chip logging
> Planning & execution of exploration & drill programmes, drill hole design etc.
> RC and Diamond rig supervision
> Management of drillers, contractors etc.
The ideal candidate will have between 4-6 years experience in hard rock commodities and be looking for the next step in their careers. You must be degree qualified and have direct & relevant experience, and also have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered.
