Senior Mechanical Engineer | Mining | Materials Handling | Melbourne Based

Our client, a global EPCM has recently won significant mining projects and is experiencing considerable growth.
 
Their expanding Mining and Metals team, based out of Melbourne, requires an experienced engineer with proven experience in materials handling.
 
 
If you have experience in the following, we would like to hear from you:
  • Background in materials handling design in particular with base metals and coal
  • Chute, Conveyor, reclaimers, car dumpers, reclaimers and materials handling system design
  • Equipment and technology selection
  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or appropriate trade certificate
 
Other attributes which would be viewed favourably include:
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Motivation, energy, passion and excellent communication skills
  • Open Pit and Underground mining experience
  • 5+ years mining experience
