Site Manager

This well established medium sized builder has built a stable and enviable base of loyal repeat clients through their second to none commitment to delivering a quality end product.  With business looking good in the coming months this builder requires an additional site manager for their upcoming projects. With past project predominantly in the food and beverage industry although they also get involved in light commercial type build up to the value of $15 million, not to mention a 5 day working week!
 
To be considered for the role you will require:
A trade qualification preferably carpentry
A solid history in the delivery of fast food and hospitality based projects
Experience in working on “live sites” would be an advantage
Have the ability to communicate with trades and clients effectively
Be computer literate
A stable past work history (a must)
