EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST $136K-$117K

• Near-mine exploration and Regional tenements.
• Mix of projects, working with a small team of 6 in Perth and the field.
• Co-ordinate and supervise RC and diamond drilling programs, target identification and target generation. 
• Outside of that you will also liaise with landholders and get involved with the heritage and environmental side of things.
• Major gold producer look to expand their current portfolio of 3 operations and several projects with new joint ventures and tenement acquisitions.
• This growth will lead to a Senior role, managing your own projects and team as they expand the exploration budget. 
• The skills learned in mentoring junior geologists and managing field assistants will prepare you to step into this Senior role in the next 2 years.

Perth based role with campaign drilling to Gold tenements in WA. 


Given your exploration experience over the past 2+ years you would be ready to step into this project role and mentor junior geologists and field assistants. You would have a degree in Geology and ideally gold experience throughout WA.
