Project Manager - Water

Are you a Project Manager looking for a new challenge working for a major owner operator in Mackay, this permanent opportunity is not to be missed. This role will encompass high level managerial ability within water as well as being highly project and client fulfillment focused. 

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual looking to further their career experience to fill the following position as a Project Manager. Based in Mackay this role will be involved in successfully lead the East Coast water team on this large scale project and train and mentor other senior staff within the water team to enable delivery of projects whilst being commercially aware from a financial basis. 

Duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Optimise project outcomes using high level technical leadership
• Promote further business development within this Australia Pacific water business unit
• Coaching and mentoring of technical competencies to senior level professionals
• Lead large teams across several groundwater/surface water projects throughout Australia Pacific

• 5 years + within Water/Waste Water projects
• Experience within leading large teams of people on groundwater/surface water projects
• Proven track record of training and mentoring teams of highly skilled professionals
• Ability to grow and develop business development and manage client relationships
