Mine Supervisor
National Capital Reg

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervises all scheduled clearing, grubbing & topsoil removal;
  • Trains all operators and Drivers for the detail and proper implementation of the mining operation and production plan and the details of the grade control system.
  • Supervises bench forming and proper extraction of the weekly schedule production plan.
  • Supervises the equipments involve in the extraction activities.
  • Monitors and recommends for the proper maintenance of all haul road & stockpile areas.
  • Ensures that all activities within the jurisdiction of the mine supervision shall be in accordance with the  mitigation/enhancement measures as provided for in Environmental Protection and Enhancement Program, Safety and Health.


Requirements:

  • Licensed Mining Engineer with at least 5 years of direct responsibility for production planning and operations.
  • Preferably from open-pit mining environment or nickel mine
