About the Role
Working from the Brisbane Head Office, you will report to President - Mining based in Denver, Colorado. Your challenge is to lead and mentor a diverse, enthusiastic team of experienced and developing professionals to deliver an exceptional level of products and service, safely to clients in remote locations throughout Asia Pacific. Regular travel to these locations will be required that will aid your understanding of how your offering fits client business aims, whilst enabling you to ensure effective implementation and delivery of the programs. Building strong client relationships by demonstrating sound commercial acumen and an engaging personality will help establish credibility with mine site management that is paramount to your long-term success. Ambitious growth targets have been set to expand revenue from existing clients and you will be responsible for meeting them.
About You
Throughout your career each problem, no matter how complex, has been quickly solved by your ability to creatively and innovatively devise a simple solution. You consistently exhibit exceptional people management skills and the capacity to lead from the front getting the best out of each team member. You possess solid financial numeracy, excellent business acumen and experience in managing a multi-site operation. Familiarity in heavy industry equipment, preferably with surface mining equipment, coupled with management experience in implementing programs and systems in an industrial maintenance environment will make your transition into this role seamless.
