This is an opportunity to work for a large Mining Contractor with a global presence, which due to their constant stream of work are looking to expand their team in Brisbane.
About the Role
As a Project Controls Manger, you will be responsible for Cost Control, Estimating and Project Planning. Your duties will include implementing and maintaining project controls systems, as well as training existing employees in the use of these systems.
Reporting to the COO, you will be managing a small team of Project Controllers and liaising with both internal and external representatives.
This is a Brisbane based role, however there will be some occasional site travel involved.
About You
The successful candidate for this position will hold Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
You will have a sound understanding of Cost Control, Planning and Estimating on mining or civil projects and previous experience that demonstrates this.
You must be Brisbane based or willing to relocate for this position. The right to live and work in Australia is essential, as well as previously experience as a Project Controls Manager in Australia.
