Recruitment Manager

PT Permata Energy Resources is a coal exploration and production group based in Indonesia (Sumatra and Kalimantan). The group has grown substantially and has been the largest privately owned coal mining company in Sumatera area. Currently, we are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as position below

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage Recruitment team
  • Develop recrutiment system

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Male/Female, with maximum of age 35 years old
  • Master Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management
  • Mastering any tools of psychological test
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong communicating, influencing, and persuading skills across all levels in the organization
  • Excellent knowledge in company regulation and industrial relation in mining company
  • Preferably with experience in mergers, acquisitions and IPO
