Human Resources Superintendent (HRSptd-7-JS)

PT Permata Energy Resources is a coal exploration and production group based in Indonesia (Sumatra and Kalimantan). The group has grown substantially and has been the largest privately owned coal mining company in Sumatera area. Currently, we are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as position below:


Human Resources Superintendent (HRSptd-7-JS)
Jambi, Kalimantan Timur, Riau

Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor, control, and review all activities provided by HR services (Industrial Relation, Recruitment and Selection, System and Procedure, Manpower Planning, and other administrative function) with the objective of ensuring HR policies implemented align with corporate goals and policies

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, and/or professional HR qualification
  • In depth knowledge of Labor law and government regulation
  • Excellent knowledge in company regulation and industrial relation in mining company
  • Strong communicating, influencing, and persuading skills across all levels in the organization
  • Willing placed at remote area
