Construction Manager Assistant

Salary: $90 000- $110 000

Overview

The Assistant Construction Manager will report directly to the Construction Manager. The chosen candidate will have a proven track record of successfully assisting in managing and leading construction projects in difficult climates (cold) with at least one project being worth $100 M. or more. Having supervised contractors and sub-contractors for civil, mechanical, electrical projects

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing construction activities and systems making effective and efficient execution of plans
• Establish an entire construction management team and take on full project control.
• Organise all required planning for project execution .

Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
• Minimum ten years of hands on construction supervision experience.
