Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Geology or Mining Engineering
  • Minimum 7 Years Experience, preferable in coal exploration
  • Fluent in English both Oral and Written
  • Outstanding proficiency in exploration project & geological database and mine planning and other General officer Software (Microsoft)
  • Mining Principles, Mine Design Concepts & Mining Methods
  • Ensure that coal quantity & quality are undertaking their roles effectively
  • Excellent in Mine Design, Mine Schedullling, Project Evaluating & Budgeting
  • Knowledgeable in HSE, Amdal, Reclamation, Rehabilitation and CSR
  • Good health and able to work under pressure, Good interpersonal and organizational skills, Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Have a strong leadership skills, communicative, team player and having high integrity
