Production Foreman

  The primary focus of the role…
  • Induct, mentor and Lead the production team to increase productivity, team work and morale   
  • Ensure efficient operations maintaining and increasing production targets, KPI’s and quality standards
  • Responsible for site safety, training staff on procedures and safety specific to the site, conduct prestart and toolbox meetings, conduct safety investigations taking action when appropriate
  • Communicate with staff across all levels, regularly report to the Production Manager on plant and personnel performance
  • Analyse and identify areas where improvement and cost savings can be made to production and process programmes

Essential requirements of the role…
  • Experience within the Steel Manufacturing industry
  • Experience Supervising/Managing production employees
  • OH and S certificate for supervisors
