Technician Reliability - CRM

Summary of Position:

• Condition Monitoring Support
• Provide oil & filter analysis
• Maintaining HCM practices on site.
• Providing training and guidance to other personnel regarding Reliability issues
• Defect Elimination team member / team leader
• Predictive Maintenance Support
• Failure Analysis
• Lead and assist in special project management
• Reliability Centered Maintenance Implementation
• Monitor bulk hydrocarbon storage areas on site
• Perform wheel motor inspections on haul trucks
• Able or willing to learn how to formulate a parts list, and effectively use Computer Maintenance Management System

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Relevant Experience

• Experience or certification in the following areas:  Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic Testing, Infrared Testing, and Vibration analysis.
• Candidate should have a good understanding of maintenance procedures surrounding bearings, gears, lubrication, structural maintenance and hydraulics.
• Relevant experience and training in the Reliability/HCM/CM realm.
• Driver’s License Required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Communicate with others and provide information for planning, prioritizing and completion of tasks.
• Must be a self-starter, safety conscious and able to function in other support requirements as needed.
