I am currently looking for a Resource Geologist for one of my consultancy clients based in Victoria.
The Resource Geologist will provide geological support and expertise to high profile clients enhancing the company's reputation and networks in the industry.
As the successful candidate you will:
> Support the progression of growth projects through geological modelling and analysis, making recommendations for future work, understanding and communicating resource risk, and managing supporting consultants
> Manage data and documentation in support of reporting the clients' Mineral Resources
> Take an active role in the development and delivery of the clients' long range plans, providing a roadmap for the business
Requirements:
> Degree in Geology (or equivalent) with minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience
> Competency in geological data acquisition, geological modelling, and block modelling, with base metals or iron ore experience as a major asset
> Professional designation or ability to register as member-in-training
> Computer literacy in MS Office suite and Vulcan (or equivalent 3D CAD package)
