Responsibilities:
  • Support the activities of the office in the administrative and operational aspects
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Travel arragements for the CEO 
  • Assist Directors in day to day administrative and secretarial matters work processing andmanaging systematic filling system.


Requirements:
  • Female
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial or equivalent .
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Able to speak and written in English
  • Hard worker, honest & responsible
  • Familiar with MS Office, Email and Power Point
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
