Carpenter - maintenance

Our client is a leading services group who operate in both the construction and engineering space.
They are seeking an experienced carpenter for a 12 month fixed term contract in the maintenance team for various projects throughout Sydney.
 
You will be:
A tradesman carpenter
Have experience in building services maintenance
Have had joinery experience
The main duties of the role will be:
 
Fixing deteriorated timber framework to external windows
Stripping existing paint
Painting
Some concrete spalling
 
The position represents the opportunity to work with an experienced maintenance team with a large stable employer.
