Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.


Requirements:
  • D3/S1 from Any Major
  • Female, age max 30 years old
  • Active English skill, both written and spoken
  • Fresh Graduated will being advantage
