HR System Supervisor

PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara is one of big mining company which focus its business in integrated mining and construction services to the resources sector through-out Indonesia.

We are seeking qualified and experienced human capital to join our teams as follow:

HR SYSTEM SUPERVISOR
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)


Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR System Development including HR SOP, HR Work Instructions, Performance Evaluation, Competency Development, Job Grading, etc.
  • Has experience in mining industry is preferable.
  • Has experience in SAP implementation
