Job Description
In taking an organised team oriented approach; this role will involve the safe planning and execution of surveying activities in accordance with company standards and legislation. You will be responsible for managing a team of surveying staff and providing strong technical direction with your extensive underground experience. Working closely with the engineering and geology teams will form a significant part of the position; as will regular reporting on progress and planning of surveying activities.
The Successful Applicant
Grade 1 Authorisation
5+ years underground mining experience
Experience using Surpac software, Leica Total Station, and TopCon GPS Equipment
High level experience in producing and assessing underground mine surveying plans
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
