Job Description
As Maintenance Manager you will join an experienced leadership team with responsibility for a complex regional maintenance strategy. With a strong focus on productive performance, you will lead a large engineering team to deliver an innovative maintenance program across the multiple regional assets.
The Successful Applicant
Successful applicants for this role will:
Be disciplined mechanical engineers.
Have proven experience managing large maintenance budgets and teams across complex fixed plant assets.
Have a highly developed strategic approach with a minimum of 7 years of engineering leadership experience.
Bring a focus on performance and a track record of optimising asset lifecycles across large fixed plant operations.
Experience managing power generation assets will be highly regarded.
Have a strong focus on reliability and RCM and experience managing large scale analysis and reporting.
Bring a strong focus on safety systems and regulatory management.
