Mine Engineer

On behalf of our Client applications are being accepted from experienced Mine Engineers for a role in Central West NSW.
 
The successful applicants must have: 

  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering.
  • 3 years post university experience.
  • Open Pit experience is essential with Underground experience preferred.
  • Competent with the use of Surpac and other software packages.
  • Completion of time on the tools.
     
Duties will include:

  • Open Pit design and scheduling.
  • Optimise Pit development strategies.
  • Provide Open Pit plans, budgets & schedules.
  • Develop best practice , tools and techniques to improve drill and blast functionality.
     
Summary:

This is a residential position in Central West NSW that offers subsidized housing, transport to and from site and other benefits.
The roster is 5/2 & 4/3. FIFO & DIDO may be considered
