Providing reliability services to tier one mining companies across Australia, and still securing new projects across multiple commodities, this company is seeing outstanding growth in the market and therefore has a requirement for experts specialising in reliability to take up the position of reliability engineer in their elite team.
Job Description
In this role, you will be required to but not limited to:
Utilise reliability tools and techniques to maximise asset optimisation.
Perform detailed RCM, FMECA, Life cycle Costs and RCA studies in a timely fashion.
Train and coach others in reliability tools and practices.
Assist maintenance teams in technical aspects and create reports for studies undertaken.
Liaise with key stakeholders in the business.
Improve and update CMMS and in-house software.
Present to clients on project progress and achievements.
Create, monitor & drive technical reliability projects across asset management department.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you should possess:
Solid background in reliability and a full understanding or reliability practices and techniques such as block modelling, lifecycle cost analysis.
Knowledge of reliability tools and CMMS such as SAP, JDE, Oracle, Maximo, Primavera.
Degree Qualified in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
Previous mining experience in reliability essential.
Knowledge of AWB tool will be greatly regarded.
Proven track record in managing projects within asset management.
