Factory Foreman – Sydney – Permanent

Inspire Recruitment are current looking for a Factory Foreman for an Iconic Sydney kitchen and bathroom design company. This is a career progression opportunity working with award winning designers. You will have the chance to lead and motivate a great team and have a hand in moving this already successful company forward.
 

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Previous Supervisory experience.
  • Forward thinking and planning.
  • Computer literate with experience in purchasing and management software.
  • Ideally suit someone from a Joinery background.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 12.
  • Managing factory work flow.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Sound administration and time management skills.
  • Ability to review supplier products and costs.
  • Maintain minimum wastage policy.
  • Rostering and job allocation for factory staff.
  • Forklift ticket an advantage.
  • Advanced quality control with a trained eye for detail.
  • Maintain all OH&S policies including conducting regular toolbox talks
