As a Cadet, this will be your first step in the construction industry. You will have a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a range of departments within the company before deciding where you would be best suited. This could potentially be in management, Estimating, OHS or Contracts Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Learning and being mentored by leading construction management
Being proactive in your learning and development, with exposure to a range of departments
Assist with the management of building projects or tenders as and when required
Skills and Experience
Be degree level qualified in a Construction related course , ideally from UTS, NSW or Western Sydney
Be outgoing and confident, with good communication skills
Currently reside within the Sydney area, and be prepared to travel to the CBE region
