Receptionist

We are one of largest mining group company in Indonesia which is rapidly growing, located in Jakarta and having mining location in the region of West Kalimantan. To support business, we need immediately professional and qualified candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities:
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, offering them refreshments and directing them to the right person,answering queries, answering calls and taking messages, screening phone calls, and providing office and administration services.


Requirements:
  • Female (max. 27 years old)
  • Senior High School or Diploma
  • Min. 1 year experience
  • Able to operating computer program (MS Word and Excel)
  • An outgoing personality
  • Self-motivated and able use initiative
