HRD Supervisor

We are one of largest mining group company in Indonesia which is rapidly growing, located in Jakarta and having mining location in the region of West Kalimantan. To support business, we need immediately professional and qualified candidate for the following position:


HRD Supervisor
Jakarta Raya


Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support in the various human resources function, which include all recruitment process and selection, staffing, training & development, performance monitoring, compensation & benefit and employee counseling.


Requirements:
  • Male/Female (min. 27 years old)
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the same position, preferably from mining industry.
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skill.
  • Analytical, systematic, accurate along with result oriented attitude
  • Mature, confident, proactive & possesses strong leadership
  • Able to operating computer application (MS Word and Excel)
  • Self-motivated and able use initiative
  • Willing to be posted in mining site
